Pasta dishes are some of the easiest dishes to prepare and enjoy everyone especially children. You could make your food by serving pasta in different shapes of letters, stars, etc., and they are an all-time favorite kids. For young lovers pasta could introduce a finger friendly sized spiral cooler and ziti. The remains can be added to your favorite soup and of course the children will love to eat soup. If you use dry pasta, simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes, until it gets cooked. If you have a particular preference for some recipes, it must be present in larger quantities and the remains could save them for later use. It works best for pasta dishes that are baked like lasagna.
Recipes for pasta
Spring pasta
The raw materials needed for a bowl of pasta:
Penne-400 gramsShredded kale-200 gramsChopped Bacon-100 gramsFinely 100 gramsGrated red onion-1, mediumSoft cheese-slices of Parmesan cheese for servingPreparation: boil the pasta in salted water. In the last 2 minutes, add the kale and then emptied. Reserve a little cooking water. Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan, Dry-fry the bacon until it turns crispy. Take it from the Pan and drain the fat. Leave about 1 teaspoon of lard. Fry the onion in the fat gently for 3 minutes, until soft. Into the pelvis tip kale and cooked pasta. Then stir in the cheese and bacon. If the mixture is dry, add a little of the pasta cooking water. Food is served in a bowl with grated Parmesan cheese, if you prefer.
Asparagus cream pasta
Ingredients:
Asparagus-1 bunchDouble cream-142 millilitrePeeled cloves of garlic-2Half shaved, half grated Parmesan cheese-50 gramsTagliatelle-250 gPreparation: cut off the Woody ends of the asparagus is ready. Then neatly cut off tips from stems. Keep the stems and tips separately. In a saucepan bring the boil garlic and cream. Remove from heat and take your garlic and keep it aside. In boiling salted water, Cook for 5 minutes, until they become tender stems. Drain and then add them to the cream along with grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk with a hand blender until it becomes smooth. According to the instructions on the packaging to cook the pasta, then add the tips to the last 2 minutes of cooking time. The cream gently reheat. Drain pasta and add to the Bowl along with the cream. Toss until everything is mixed well. Divide the pasta into bowls. Before serving, top with Parmesan cheese.
